My account has been locked due to FICA requirement

Today I received another sms from Absa Diamond Pavilion to urgently bring in the needed documents to FICA. I am absolutely disgusted in the whole FICA process. It would probably be the 6th time. The last time I had my husband completing a declaration that I live at the specified address. They did it all electronically... but still I have to do the whole process over.
