I was in an accident with my car during the month of October last year. My car was written off, and after some serious consultation, Telesure settled my claim. Since that time Teacher has kept me informed about the claim against the other insurance to get my excess back. I have however made peace that perhaps the excess wont be paid out. I was however pleasantly surprised 2 weeks ago, when Teacher contacted me to inform that the excess amount due will be paid in a matter of days.
