International funds not processed as per request

Good day
International funds delayed, value date the 12/09/2013. Received only midday on the 13/09/203. supposed to be cleared, but after 2 call further still not clear on the 16/09/2013. Consultant said the clearing will be done by 19.00 as per the SLA. to get me off the phone at 2 minutes to closing times, as authorizers leave at 16.30.

Its really in bad timing, as we missed our flights which was supposed to be paid by the bank in Nigeria requesting our service, so we did not make this. Impact is now a risk issue for the bank. Besides, what happens now as the rate was confirmed at Fridays rate of conversions, who caries this.
