I cannot believe what an incompetent bank my bank is. Firstly, I see a promotion regarding fnb 'law'. I was quite keen, I asked to be called but no luck, I then took ownership and contacted them myself. They politely and quite convincingly said they will call me back shortly... and I'm still waiting. Over and above that, they were to deliver my petrol card for the past three days, but to no suprise their punctuality was and is appalling... I'm still waiting forthe car too. I then found myself in a financial pickle, and I thought I could turn to 'my' bank for assistance? My loan was approved, after spending 30 minutes on the phone with a consultant listening to the terms and conditions of the loan, I conveniently receive a sms 10 min later saying I was declined... what was the point of all the trouble in the first place and confirming I was approved to begin with? (I was approved by a another bank in 10 min by the way). It is surely not the first i have experienced tremendous problems with FNB, and yes, thumbs up for your innovation, but just a word of advice, start with the basic fundamentals that all other banks far eexceed you guys - customer service!!! Nedbank here I come :-)
