Double Debiting my account!!!

This is very concerning as it has come to my attention that Capitec Bank has been debiting my account twice every month now, i have applied for credit and was declined, because of Capitec Bank, this has brought down my credit rating and i feel this is highly frustrating and very unprofessional, i feel that i have been put in a bad spot due to this.
First debit they get payment and second debit is rejected and this has brought my credit rate down.
I would like this matter to be sorted out immediately as i am intending to buy a house and how can i do this if there is debit orders being rejected aggg!!!
