Retirement Benefit

I was dismissed from the bank's service and on my dismissal letter they stated that I'm entitled to my Retirement Fund as well as my Salary. I then logged a claim with PeopleServ and they referred me to Alexander Forbes for follow ups. Today alexander forbes told me thatthe bank instructed them not to pay my benefit.
I need those funds for Academic Purposes. I have to register.
Please help
