No feedback, no service

I have requested a quote to add a 3rd vehicle for my daughter to my current insurance policy. It took 3 phone calls and 2 e-mails to eventually getting the quote on 16 August 2013. On 23 August I sent an e-mail to Kentse to take up the quote with effect 24 August 2013. We already took delivery of the vehicle and still no insurance. I followed up on Monday and was promised some feedback. It is now Wednesday, 28 August 2013 and still no answer or any reply whatsoever. Maybe I should re-think my Insurance Company?

If this is the experience in getting cover what will be the experience be to claim?

I am getting nervous by the day.
