CLAIM FOR FUNERAL POLICY

My father pass away last week monday on the 18/11/2013, my mother submit the claim to Assupol life with all the documents on the 20/11/2013 was faxed thru to them in Pretoria. According to them claim took 48hrs after sumbitting documents but today is 26/11 and the funeral is on 30/11/2013 nothing has been done. We had two policies with them. My mothers id number is 450606 0684 083 BE Mxakaza and my late father id is 410303 5437 084 ML Mxakaza all the policies has not been paid till today.
