Can someone please tell me why a payment left my account of R700.26 via debit order way before the due date?

I am disgusted in the way your direct debits work, this is now the second time a payment leaves my bank account on the wrong date! I would like to know who auth's these payments and why am i not notified about this? What me off is that i called the call centre and i was told they "DONT KNOW WHY" but my money will be refunded in 48hours. Wow its been 48 hours and guess what? I still dont have the money!!! Money was taken out my bank account that was suppose to be used for something else! I have an arrangment in place that 2 direct debits leaves my account on the last day of the month as i ONLY GET PAID THEN!

I am not happy with this as this caused major inconvienance!
