The call centre called and offered a life policy which I declined months ago.? did not go for a medical or give them my bank details. I assume that they got all this info from my other policies with them which is very, very scary.
Suddenly, yesterday after a couple of months they sent me an acceptance letter and policy details. I called them, highly upset and spoke to an agent who promised to get back to me today, 28th August but no one did!!
I now received an sms saying that my account has been double debited for R697.44 twice.
OUTRAGEOUS!!!
I want to know how this happened considering that? already have a Momentum life policy and I didn't go for a medical with Discovery. I want answers...
I find this episode absolutely scary and totally unacceptable!
Meanwhile I have applied for medical aid for my daughter and nobody has gotten back to me about that.
