Good and Efficient Service With Dial Direct

I had very good and efficient service with Dial direct, I had an accident on the 13 June 2013, and when I submitted my claim, my consultant Jaun Botes, 3 days after phoned me and told me that the car has been assessed and its a write-off, ( where else with other insurances I know, it take weeks for car to be assessed).

He then asked me to sent him copy of the car settlement and vehicle papers A.S.A.P. (for a minute i was surprised as you don't get this often, especially when you claiming).then i phone my car finance MFC and they sent me the docs, then I forwarded them to Jaun, and within a 4 days he phoned me telling me of how much the car is insured for, how much they going to pay the bank and the difference they going to pay me. A day after the money was paid to my account. I was so amazed how efficient this guy was, and in my mind I thought they will pay with cheque and will still need 10 more days to clear, But wow!! it was cash and I even drawn the money the same day. I am a Happy costumer and looking forward to insure my next with them,
