After cancelling my account with Indwe they debited my account again this month so I phoned they're call centre (0860 13 13 14) and spoke to a Timothy at the accounts department to find out if they will refund the debited amount. He then continued with a unprofessional behaviour which was disrespectful, he refused to assist me and asked who the person was I spoke to after which he said they'll phone me back. He then hung up on me. This is not the way customers like to be treated. He could at least find out for me why it was debited or politely ask me if he can get back to me on this matter as he must find investigate. This person should not be a consultant.
