I have had the unfortunate event of having money deducted from my account by indwe as well as the new company that I decided to insure with, from the moment I called indwe there where staff members that just wasn't interested in servicing clients, until Luchin took over my complaint and made me smile she was efficient and helpful from the start if only all indwe staff can emulate luchin behaviour.
