I'm struggling I'm struggling to get my money back from indwe Risk Services after they debited on my account and I had cancelled my policy with them. They promised me my money back. The sales consultant said to me I had to make a payment reversal at my bank which is a mountain of paperwork to do or wait 14 days to get refunded by them, 14 days came and went and no refund. Try to phone in to client services and the consultants there has a huge attitude problem they did not offer to phone me back or take down my number is this the kind of service you guys want from an insurance company thank the Lord I cancelled with them. i Just want my money back
