My wife was in a accident on 27 July 2013 The client of Renasa insurance drive on a open road right in font of my wife, when he get out of the car he say sorry that he didn't see her and its his fault he didn't stop at the stop street we sent the claim to the insurance, Ten day later we need to phone the again. see email below

until today we didn't received any email when you phone them all that they say is we sent you a email, yesterday I phone again Same story, today phone them same story, so it keep on goining for the last 28 days
