Good morning

Since no one in your call centre is willing to assist me I have decided to use this channel

I keep on asking your call centre to get me a recording for a personal loan application that was done as that would be the only proof that the application was done I also asked to which account the funds was paid to but no one is willing to assist.

Can someone please find it in there heart today to assist me
