FNB department delay/refuse to compensate

R15 000 was out of my credit card in small amount over 6 months via internetfraud, going to an account called archway. Initially said they will pay back 3 months, then they said they wont pay back anything (after not contacting me for a while), then they said they will pay back a month (acknowledging the). I said I want three months back like they initially said (actually I would like everything back). They said they will contact me - NOTHING HAPPENED. Meanwhile I just need to keep on paying the interest on the money.
