On my Account - Not Dealt With

Hi,
I am still waiting for someone from FNB to contact me. I bought something online. They said my card was fraudlaent. although they took the money. They said my bank would refund me. I went to the bank, they cut up the card, they said within 6 weeks i would get the money back... It has been 4 months!! 4 Months and i have not heard a word from FNB and i have not got my money back either. I had the same problem once with Nedbank... within 10days i had my money back. The account is FNB Business Cheque card!
Can someone get back to me please.
