I have complained about this Company twice on Hellopeter and for some reason they get Hellopeter to cancel this complaint.
They have sold me a product and was in breach of contract. No one at their head-office is getting back to me about this issue. I have called within 7days to cancel this contract and product with Wimpy at headoffice - no one returned my call and he was never available.
My Bank reversed this transaction for the past 3 months as the amount is taken off my credit card every month after the back investigated it. This company resubmit this amount of R12700.00
They broke the contract by telling me the product was R19 000.00 and will be paid of montly over 6 months.
They said that they will first check with the bank how much credit is available on my credit card and that they will place that amount on Hold untill my credit rating is approved (like when you hire a car). Before the program was installed, i canceled the package with the company through Wimpie.
After failing to get my money reverse the credit card department told me to send back the product via courier with a cancelation letter which i did.
I have seek legal advice. I need my money back ()
