In March I signed contact with fnb for a speedpoint card machine which stated that the first 3 months I would not need to pay for it. Every month end I was billed for the machine. The first 2 months I phoned the merchant department on my expenses to be able to get my money back. They paid it back but in 2 different amounts? And now for my final month I reguse to phone again so I sent an email about 5 days ago and still heard nothing from them. This will be the last month at fnb for me.
