I cancelled my gym contract in May this year. A month later, the amount was deducted and it took a month and a half before it was refunded (even though I had alerted the gym a few times of what had happened). The same thing happened in July, only this time I'm told that I wont be getting my money back because there was a month I did not pay (apparently prior to me cancelling my contract). This time the manager took two months to get back to me and I had to be the one going there every two weeks to find out what is going on. I don't get why this was not brought up when I was cancelling the account or paying the cancellation fee but is being brought up TWO months later.
