On the 8 of Aug. after work, I went for 2 beers at a local pub with a friend. After that we went to his house to close up his house and we went to my mother's place to go and visit. This was around 7-8 at night. The place where she stays is on a plot. They are currently busy with road works and there is also bad lighting at night. We went to her house and was there till around 11h00.We ate there and chatted with everyone. As we were leaving about a 1km on a turn in the road I hit a pole. It was dark and a sharp turn.
I got out, checked the damage and it looked like the bumper. As it was dark and near a location in that area. As I assumed the car was in a state to drive I left the scene. Nearby the highway back the vehicle didn't want to go into gear-because of this I missed my exit as I was now emotional and in a bit of a shock. I then got off at the nearest exit and phoned the OUTSURANCE accident department for tow truck. I waited and they arrived and towed me to my friends place-then took he car away
The appointed assessors was SIAS and the person was Quinton Kruger...
