After being involved in an accident where the Hilux rolled, Outsurance rejected the claim due to what people say. According to them I had too much to drink and was uncooperative. There was police and paramedics on the scene if I was so called drunk why didn't they draw blood to proof I'm drunk? I was also "uncooperative" because I was uncomfortable and asked them to turn me because I was in pain. After being in 2 different hospitals the night of the accident NO ONE took blood but claim I was drunk. The case will be taken to the Ombudsman since Outsurance feels they can reject a claim on what people says and not on the evidence.
