I insured my house via OUTsurance: but they included a clause saying that damage prior to purchasing the property was not covered! Then why accept the cover in the first place? now I'm sitting with a house that must have its entire roof replaced at a cost or R120 000. So I will rather be WITHOUT insurance than to continue my relationship with OUTsurance. And I will make it my mission to direct all friends and family away from your company! Instead of settling my legitimate claim you found some insignificant clause to reject it. I will now ensure that potential clients who are my friends, neighbours, colleagues and family will not sign a single contract with you. Your losses will therefore be far more significant than my rejected claim. I will also ensure that all potential FNB bond holders are informed by the Bank that they have an option of not signing with your company - as your decisions impact negatively on the image of FNB! I have also informed you that I am cancelling my contract with immediate effect! AND Plse don't bother phoning me as I am sick of you bending backwards to me!
