I have just realised that Outsurance and SIAS (independent assessors?) are in bed together. Try phone 0126848209 - what do you get - Outsurance! My claims 87612024 and 8802335 are still not finalised.
SIAS (Mr Newman 0826022739) have had a discussion as to the proper repairs to be done on my car by R&P PanelBeaters. This was given in writing to him - to date no reply. Outsurance was informed that repairs to my satisfaction had not been completed and a reply from Phumzile Nhlapo informed me that my email was sent to the relevant departments for resolution. The accident took place at the end of August 2012! Forget about call centres at Outsurance - Eskom is better for the run around - if you have time.
