Please please please get your facts straight before sending threatening emails and trying to get more and more money out of people thats paid up their accounts! Aug 2012 i received an email that i was handed over to vericred, i paid the account up in full with them, which they just acknowledged. now i receive an email from RCS again, saying i have been handed over to a different collection agency! seriously, do you not communicate with each other, now i have to do your job, surely Vericred needs to inform you that the account is paid in full, or you need to keep track of this!? this is actually shocking, you cause so much stress to so many people that is unnecessary! please keep in mind that i once was a very loyal customer, but when the economy went, and i lost my job, and fell pregnant and had a very hard time to make ends meat, i still tried to make payment... but who am i, just another income to you...
