My bankcard was compimised in mellville ATM on the 18th of August 2013. I immediatley cancelled the card. What gets me worked up is the treatment i received from one of the consulatnts. I was told that in order for my instant loan to b accessed they needed my ID number (which was taken from my account). I didnt request any instant loan from FNB. I expect a little respect from the bank that i have been loyal to for years. I have a life cover, Motor insurance and a funeral plan with FNB, the manner in which this matter was handled leaves me with a bitter taste in my moutn and a qustion on why i should remail loyal to FNB.
