Activating policies without permission

I called Instant Life two months ago to get quotes for Life cover and critical Illness cover for myself and my husband. Three quotes were done but I only accepted the Life cover for my husband. Now I checked my account and I see they have debited me for three policies!!! I want the other two policies cancelled and I want to be refunded immediately. Very unethical behaviou
