MARINGA WITH FALUSE PROMISES FOR FEEDBACK

I was mugged at an FNB ATM in Swartruggens and my card was taken from me and R4000.00 was withdrawn from my account. During the mugging, I needed help while I was still at the ATM and called an FNB consultant by the name of Vincent and he simply told me that he has knocked off and refused to assist me. I managed to stop the card but money was already taken. I am so disappointed in the way an employee just passed and refused to assist me. I then reported the Case to the SAPS and reported to the FNB branch manager who asked me to write a letter which I submitted to him last week and I have not heard any feedback from him to date. This is bad service and the fact that the manage can't give me feedback on the matter. I would like for this matter to be sorted out urgently. Maringa should be leading by example but with no feedback from the manager as well, I am even considering moving to another bank where they will care about the safety of their customers.
