Awaiting letter head

I am due for a cellphone upgrade, I went to Vodacom for my upgrade which they told me I must get a letter head from Bayport to proceed with my upgrade, The first time I phoned the call lasted longer than 10 minutes just to get to speak to which I thought is the correct person, I gave my number to the person I spoke to from Bayport which on reply that some one will phone me back, The next morning 9h I received a call from Bayport where I explain again that I need a letter head, the Bayport agent replied that some one will phone me within 10 minutes, 4h the afternoon a Bayport agent phoned me back again just for me to explain to him for the 3rd time what I need from Bayport, and again his reply was that they will phone me back again, After 5 days I still haven't received a letter head or the correct person to phone me back.
