Really Do not Understand..Totally Unacceptable

On the 29th october i withdrew money from a standerd bank atm, atm returned my card and a transaction error, contact your nearest branch slip. I then went over to an atm right opposite the standerd bank which was an absa atm did the same transaction but this time i recieved the money. I then got to my car only to find that my phone has reported both the transactions from the two atms but i only recieved money from the one. i called the capitec customer service where i got cut off whilst the consultant was trying to explain what would be done, funny NO ONE CALLED BACK! I then called back yesterday and the consultant i spoke to told me of an investigation that would take 45days with no guareentee i will get my money back..Why so long? I want my money.
