XDS Your feedback is not conclusive or even correct.

Note that due to XDS failing to provide concrete and suitable feedback in a suitable time frame and fashion I commenced
My own investigation with my own resources.

I took me 1 (one) week to achieve the necessary results.

Please find confirmation and concluding letter from Nedbank which is a total contradiction of your findings.
- I expect an answer from XDS as too how is XDS conducting investigations.
- And also I expect my credit profile to be amended accordingly and immediately as I just pulled an update and I notice That XDS STILL hasn't updated their systems.

In conclusion It is evident that XDS is unreliable with their resources in such investigations and I'm considering taking matters
