Smart Device I Never Received worth R8000

Hi my name is Roxanne I received a sudden call from the fnb call centre offering me a smart device, I replied yes but than it was declined. Than I received a second call asking me the same question. I told the agent that I was called and it was declined, I never received a devices from fnb, now my account is being debited for something I don't have, And my I'd was and the requested a R350 for delivery. I even switched my bank account I went into the fnb branch requesting them to assist me they said someone will give me a call. Now the balance is just increasing on my fnb account, and its leaving a negative impact on my credit score. I want fnb to pay for what they did, and also for misleading clients and not giving fit and proper advise, This is a investigation I want fnb to take my name of in put me back in the position I was or else I will take my business else where. This service is pathetic I demand that this will be fixed, because it has took up of my time big time going to the fnb branches getting nothing sorted out. Fnb should stand for First National Bank It must stand for LAST NATIONAL BANK .Sort this out or I will go to the ombudsman
