ACCUSED OF BECAUSE AM FOREIGN

I have been an FNB client since December 2009 and I have the 2 cards attached, one of which is a credit card and the other a Petrol card. I went to the Cresta branch today to Open a new bank account with FNB as I was trying to make FNB my main bank and get my salary to be paid into and FNB account. I went to the branch with my new passport as I had recently changed it and needed to update details, my payslip, proof of residence and employment contract.

Your staff in turn came back and told me my documents are. FNB was very insulting to me as I have been an old client. No one asked me questions as to why my passport number has changed or why I have a Visa dating from the 5th of August. I was even asked by your staff how come I got a visa saying department of home affairs if I got it from Cameroon?

People responsible where Vincent Mthetwa who told me he is a trained home affairs official at the bank and know how to identify fake documents by looking at them and some other lady.
