ABSA for some reason likes to make to me angry. Its not the first time that this has happened to me, they unlink my account to my beneficiaries. I then cant pay the people I need to before the specified deadlines!!!

I just got off the phone with support. They informed me that they having problems with the internet banking, which is TOTALLY unacceptable, due to the fact that its MY money I'm trying to access. I also find it a bunch of nonsense because the gentleman that works across from me can access all his beneficiaries, now what makes him different???

Their solution to everything is to come into the branch to fix stuff which I can not do, due to me actually having a real JOB.
The bank that I have been with for years makes my life very inconvenient and difficult!

I'm not sure what to do anymore. Because I also seem to be the one getting bad service.
