I tried to file a claim for a specified portable posession. According to the King Price website, under "Existing Clients" and "How to Claim" there is only one phone number listed. After calling it, being on hold, two people inform me they will be transferring me to the relevant department. The third person, after I've stated again why I've called, takes down my ID number, and rather exasperatedly and abruptly asks, "So, what happened?! ". By then, it hadn't even been ascertained which portable posession I was calling about. I state the problem, and am just told the message will be passed on to someone else. On asking when I can expect a call back, I'm not given an indication. In my previous experience waiting for call backs from King Price, I've learned not to hold my breath. I've fortunately never had reason to claim until now, but every encounter with the level of customer service with this insurer has been quite dire.
