Where is the card???

FNB, what a joke! I looked foward to great service... it is just not happening.
My credit card has been approved twice now, but where is my card? Nobody seems to know, although I have received sms's saying the account has been opened and the card will be delivered within 3-5 working days, there is just nothing.
When I email or phone, they will get back to me, they will let me know- let me know that they dont know.

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW!!!
