Fantastic Service

I currently have a personal account with FNB, but not long ago i finally opened a business account. I then went and applied for the card which took about 5 days. in between these five days i had gone to the bank about 3 times and i was frustrated cause i hadn't received the sms yet. When i did finally receive the SMS i went to collect the card, i was assisted by one of your employees called Katlego by the card collection who made the entire process hassle free, there was even a moment when we thought my card had not arrived bu she went back and looked for the 2nd time and eventually found it. Katlego is a great employee and i really think FNB in carlton center should consider themselves privileged to have a great employee like her who gives such excellent service. Her work should be commended.
