R5000 WAS REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON THE 28TH OF JULY AFTER MY CARD GOT STUCK IN THE ATM MACHINE. I REPORTED THE INCIDENT AND WAS ADVISED BY THE CALL CENTER THAT THE TURNAROUND TIME TO INVESTIGATE WAS 3 TO 4 WORKING DAYS. I HAVE TRIED FOLLOWING UP WITH THE DEPARTMENT ON PHONE NUMBER ON 0112274905. NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALLS. NO ONE CAN ASSIST AT THE BRANCHES AND IT HAS BECOME EXCEEDING DIFFICULT FINANCIALLY TO CONTINUE LIKE THIS FOR ANOTHER MONTH!! REFERENCE NUMBER 3327473.
