Nedbank exceeded my expectations - after let's call it the "incident" - I was really upset and disappointed in Nedbank, but they came back with excellent service and sincerity. I just want to thank you, Paul Mavro as well as Nevana Andrews, you did everything that you could in trying to rectify the "incident".
I am very impressed and glad that we could resolve this in a good manner.
