Breaching of security, sending OTP to wrong numbe

Roughly a year ago I wrote a complaint about my OTP going to the wrong cellphone number. It was eventually fixed. For the last few months I am again faced with this problem. The OTP required to authorised electronic payment from my current account goes to the wrong cellphone number. Shame on you Standard BAnk for getting this so wrong again.
