Wrong account created and funds missing

I use fnb cellphone banking to tranfer money to differents accounts, i have tranfered the amount to standard account for vehicle and transfered several occasion.the collector from standard bank threatened me to take my car because fnb created wrong account and my money was tranfered to wrong account.i went to fnb spoke to the manager regarding the issue more than two times, we both went to std bank on monday 21 january 2013 std bank will tranfer back to my account of fnb.it was tuesday it will be on my account .till today no respond.fnb manager. does not respond my calls even have send messeges to him.
