It's no secret that insurance is a grudge purchase, and when one eventually has to deal with them, it is hardly under pleasurable circumstances.after an accident I had to deal with Easy Way Assessment Centre (Auto&General), where all of my preconceived problems and anticipated exasperation were all but laid to rest. I first met Jacque who had been assigned to my case by A&G, he was very friendly and helpful. I then met Sibonelo, who by far and large went out of his way to assist me. Sibonelo immediately explained the process for my claim and vehicle assessment, pointing out my responsibilities to the insurer, as well as reminders of my policy benefits. He made specific promises, e.g. arranging to have the panelbeaters pick up my vehicle at the assessment centre, and have the rental vehicle delivered there after the claim approval. A promise I doubted he'd be able to keep, and to my pleasure he absolutely did! Sibonelo also called me almost daily to follow up on my claim process and even dealing with A&G on my behalf. An inconvenience turned positive by comforting and genuine assistance, promises kept and exceptional customer service. A great thank you to Sibonelo and team.
