Poor customer service from telle

I had to withdraw some money via western union. I had bought my id book and details provided by the sender. When I approach the teller she didn't even ask me what I was there to do but just told me to fill out the western union forms.

When I had finished filling them out and bought it back she started to reprimand me for being annoyed at having to fill in forms. Although I was annoyed at filling in the form I had not said or done anything to provoke her. She just had a bad attitude. I then told her that its not her its the process. She was sarcastic in her response.

Then she looks at the forms and tells me she needs proof of residence and not just the id book I had bought. How come she was unable to tell me this before I filled in the forms? I had provided her with my id book before I was told to complete the forms.

Her attitude was unhelpful and disdainful towards customers. Not sure what kind of training she has been on and what her problem is but she is bad news for American Express.
