A year ago we sent through two claims for my dad being in hospital. we sent through the relavent forms for the first claim and by the time we were to submit the second claim he had passed away which made it impossible for us to get his clinical records. the hospital informed us that it ws against the law for them to release the info. we then informed the insurer who said they will get back to us and never did. eventually we started sending e-mails to the insurer and got only one responce and total disregard there after. we are still being charged for my dad who we informed the insurer had passed on last year in September. i still have copies of the communication i had between me and the insurer with a lot of promises over the phone and no action at all. my email is [Email Removed] i am very interested to find out why we are being reaped off.
