Not giving reasons

Hi

After applying for vehicle finance, pre approval was given.
Then the finance was declined. No reason given.
After banking three years with Fnb, permanent employed for 8 years, clear credit record, earn a decent salary.
Would like an explanation, and perhaps assistance to help me to get finance.

Would like Fnb to " how can we help you" me.
