I phoned FNB to enquire about a refund ON MY CREDIT CARD i was suppose to receive from the Blackford centre for private investigation, Blackford even sent me a letter confirming the refund, i wanted to find out whether its held up at the bank or whether its been done by Blackford. But the consultant told me she's not able to check whether a refund went through. Now what kind of service is that from a bank that don't even check just tells you she's not able to.
