After placing a complaint on this website, I received a call and an sms from 1life on the 29 October 2013 confirming that my refund has been authorised and a credit should reflect in my bank account on or before 1st November. Today is the 5th of November and I still haven't received my refund
I need 1Life to advise if I will still receive my refund or not
