I have reported a signature on my bond account. I called the line on the 13 of August and they gave me a reference no. Thereafter I have emailed them to find out what was the processes. To date I have had no responses. My complaint to them was that my signature was signed by someone else and that they did not verify it. Why have a line when the bank will do nothing about it.
