On 23 August Nedbank personal loans has debited my account with an amount which exceeds the amount on my credit loan agreement for no reason or warning on an account that is up to date. I find this extremely unethical and in breach of the contract between myself and Nedbank. I have tried calling their call centre but have been holding for ages since this morning.
Please can this matter be resolved urgently.
